  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
