Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Skandas Collections, we carefully check every order before dispatch. Please read our policy before placing your order.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Change of mind or personal preferences.
• Style, colour, print, or pattern preferences.
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, ironing, alteration, or improper handling.

🔄 Exchange

Exchange is available only if the wrong product has been delivered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product received.

⚠️ Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Our team will verify the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be provided only for approved eligible cases. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

📌 Important

All eligible products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. No exchange or return will be provided for size-related issues.
